CHINO, CA (March 4, 2024) -- Chino Days is back! Join Mayor Eunice Ulloa, the Chino City Council, and scores of your fellow community members as we celebrate Chino’s rich cultural heritage during the second annual Chino Days Festival on March 16 and 17 at the Chino Civic Center, 13220 Central Avenue.
Chino Days is a free and fun event celebrating everything that makes Chino a unique and special community. Day one of the Chino Days Festival will occur on Saturday, March 16, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., and day two will occur on Sunday, March 17, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Chino Days will feature entertainment for the whole family, including:
- Live music
- Exciting performances
- Mini train rides
- Food and retail vendors
- Inflatable games
- Demos from Chino partners
- Writing and chalk art contests
- And the first annual Alumni Pie Eating Contest between Don Lugo and Chino High Schools.
The featured band for Saturday, March 16 will be toe-tapping Country/Western tribute act Young Guns, and the featured band for Sunday, March 17 will be thrilling 80s cover band The Flux Capacitors.
During Chino Days, residents will also have the opportunity to purchase retired City of Chino street signs at the Neighborhood Activity Center, located at 5201 D Street. All proceeds from the street sign sale will go toward the Chino Youth Museum Foundation to provide continued programming that helps children across the Chino Valley learn and grow.
