CHINO, CA (March 26, 2026) -- Join Mayor Eunice Ulloa and the Chino City Council as we celebrate Chino’s incredible year during the 2026 State of the City Address, taking place on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Chaffey College Chino Community Center, located at 5890 College Park Avenue.  

Proudly presented in partnership with the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce, the State of the City Address will feature Mayor Ulloa and the City Council highlighting Chino’s many accomplishments while offering an exclusive look at what's ahead. This year’s theme is “Always Home.”  

“Chino is a community that has always felt like home, no matter how much we grow,” said Mayor Eunice Ulloa. “I invite you to join us as we celebrate everything we have accomplished together in the past year and look ahead toward our bright future, all while never losing focus on what makes Chino such a remarkable town.” 

During the State of the City Address, Mayor Ulloa will present awards for Business of the Year, Home Beautification of the Year, and the prestigious Spirit of Achievement, which is given to residents who have made a lasting impact in the Chino community.  

Tickets for the 2026 State of the City Address are $45 per person. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for businesses and organizations looking to showcase their commitment to our vibrant community.  The State of the City Address will also be broadcast live on the City's YouTube channel.
