Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony - “Santa’s Workshop”: Kick off the holiday season with the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony – Santa's Workshop on Saturday, December 2, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Chino City Hall Lawn, 13220 Central Avenue. The highlight of the evening, featuring the illumination of the City's Christmas tree, will be held at 6:00 p.m. presided by the Mayor, City Council, Community Services, Parks and Recreation Commissioners, and Planning Commissioners. Enjoy delightful activities including photos with Santa, a free hot chocolate station, sweet treats, Christmas carolers, cookie decorating, writing letters to Santa, and a craft corner. Chino Youth Christmas Parade & Fair: A cherished tradition returns on Saturday, December 9, 2023. The streets will come alive with the Chino Youth Christmas Parade starting at 9:00 a.m., commencing at the corner of Riverside Drive and Monte Vista Avenue and concluding at Chino Avenue. The fun continues as the Holiday Fair and Carnival takes over the Civic Center, boasting an array of carnival rides, a craft fair, live family entertainment, an assortment of food vendors, and the enchanting Santa's Village at the Chino Youth Museum. Chilly Chino Snow Day: The magic continues into the new year with Chilly Chino Snow Day taking place on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Ayala Park Operation Center Golf Range, 14225 Central Avenue. Step into a winter wonderland and enjoy activities like sledding, snow play, and snowman building.  Secure your tickets at $10 per person, with presale options coming soon.
