The City of Denton is hosting an in-person Developer Town Hall on Wednesday, March 5th from 10 a.m. to noon at the Development Service Center (401 N. Elm Street). City staff will be presenting updates on various topics related to development, including:
- Water and Wastewater Impact Fees

Water Line Availability Map
- Upcoming Development Code Amendments
- Effective Community Engagement
- Development Review Updates
- Department Changes and Updates
There will be additional time for questions at the end of the presentation with staff from various departments in the City.
