| | This week’s City Manager’s Weekly Update features updates on Duncanville’s Fire and Emergency Management teams, new police academy recruits, and a wide range of community activities. The Library is gearing up for the school year with a back-to-school event and expanded youth programs. Parks and Recreation continues making improvements across the city, while preparations are underway for the Best Southwest Hispanic Heritage Fest on September 20. Public Works crews stayed busy clearing debris, repairing roads, and maintaining key infrastructure. Please set your household trash out on your normal collection day, and it will be collected by 7:00 PM. | |
REMINDER: Place trash, recycling, brush, and bulk debris at the curb/alley no earlier than 12:01 AM and no later than 7:00 AM on scheduled collection days.
No construction materials will be picked up. These items must be disposed of by the contractor or taken to Skyline Landfill for a $35 fee.
