The City is pleased to provide the FY 2026 Proposed Budget in a new, convenient, mobile-friendly, and interactive digital version through the OpenGov platform. This modern tool gives residents, business owners, and stakeholders easy access to the City of Duncanville’s proposed financial plan for the upcoming fiscal year. Designed for transparency and usability, the digital format allows users to explore revenue and expenditure details and departmental goals in a clear, accessible way from any device.


This new format reflects Duncanville’s continued commitment to open government and public engagement. Community members are encouraged to explore the FY 2026 Proposed Budget at their convenience, gain a better understanding of how City resources are allocated, and participate in the civic process. IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR DUNCANVILLE WATER UTILITY CUSTOMERS


On October 1, 2025, the City of Duncanville water utility department will be transitioning to a new payment processor. As part of this update, customers who use recurring payments will need to re-enter their credit card information on or after Wednesday, October 1, 2025, once the change is complete.


These changes will not impact customers who pay by bank draft (ACH), pay by phone, pay by mail, or pay in person.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to enhance your payment experience.

City of Duncanville Approves Inaugural Arts Grants, 
Investing in Creativity and Community

In the interest of protecting Republic Services employees from the extreme hot weather, you may experience delays in the regular household garbage collection. Please set your household trash out on your normal collection day, and it will be collected by 7:00 PM.

REMINDER: Place trash, recycling, brush, and bulk debris at the curb/alley no earlier than 12:01 AM and no later than 7:00 AM on scheduled collection days.


No construction materials will be picked up. These items must be disposed of by the contractor or taken to Skyline Landfill for a $35 fee.
