Help revitalize your property and strengthen Duncanville’s business corridors through the Duncanville Community and Economic Development Corporation’s Design Incentive Program. This initiative offers six grant opportunities for paint, signage, landscaping, façade improvements, pavement, and infrastructure to support exterior upgrades for small businesses and property owners. Applications will be accepted through April 1, 2026.
Interested applicants should visit our website to carefully review the program guidelines, which are required for a successful application, and follow the four steps to confirm eligibility and complete the appropriate online application for their project category.
