Weekly Update: February 6, 2026

Duncanville stayed busy this week with inspections, public safety responses, and a packed lineup of library and recreation programs for all ages. Get involved by joining an event, supporting local businesses applying for grants, and voting in the BloomFest Band Battle to help shape your community.

Help revitalize your property and strengthen Duncanville’s business corridors through the Duncanville Community and Economic Development Corporation’s Design Incentive Program. This initiative offers six grant opportunities for paint, signage, landscaping, façade improvements, pavement, and infrastructure to support exterior upgrades for small businesses and property owners. Applications will be accepted through April 1, 2026.

Interested applicants should visit our website to carefully review the program guidelines, which are required for a successful application, and follow the four steps to confirm eligibility and complete the appropriate online application for their project category. This is a valuable opportunity to invest in your property while helping Duncanville continue to grow and thrive.

Learn more about the program and apply by visiting: bit.ly/designincentivegrants.
