The City of East Providence is currently booking available appointments for upcoming East Providence COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics. At this time, the clinics are open for East Providence residents aged 75 years or older ONLY. We have increased the number of vaccination dates from three to four, based on additional doses received from the state.

East Providence residents 75 or older who are technologically able can register* themselves for open appointments on one of the following clinic dates:

Anyone who registers that is not 75+ or a resident of East Providence will have their appointment cancelled.

Clinics will adhere to all COVID-19 safety guidelines and best practices. Upon arrival, individuals who enter the clinic will undergo medical screening and will be required to wear a mask. If residents are sick or in quarantine for COVID-19, they are encouraged to stay home and book a new appointment.

In addition, anyone who preregistered on the City's website, but did not provide an e-mail address, will receive a phone call to be scheduled for a vaccine.
Anyone who would like to schedule a vaccine and does not have access to a computer may call our hotline at
401-533-9812 beginning Monday, Feb. 22, 2021. They may speak with a member of our staff or leave a message to be contacted by a City of East Providence staff member.

Information for Individuals with a Confirmed Appointment
|
|
- Individuals should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their appointment.
- Individuals should bring a form of identification that provides proof of age and residency.
- Please follow the signs for the clinic entrance and enter through the entrance doors.
- Upon arrival, individuals who enter the clinic will undergo medical screening and will be required to wear a mask.
- If individuals are sick or in quarantine for COVID-19, they are encouraged to stay home and book a new appointment.
- The vaccination process will take about 30-40 minutes, which includes an observation period.
- A clinic volunteer will work with you to book your second appointment while you wait during the post-vaccine observation.
