Easton Redevelopment Authority

The latest Easton Redevelopment Authority Façade Program spotlight shines on a long-time family-owned home on the South Side.

The brick-like siding, porch, concrete steps, and porch floor were power-washed to create a “clean slate” for the work to be completed. The front door jam was realigned and trimmed out, and the transom was exposed and repaired. The porch half-walls were repaired or replaced, as were the porch columns. The third floor dormer, and all the trim and exterior brickote façade were prepped, and the property received a full paint job. Following painting, two new porch lights were installed.

This expert exterior transformation was completed by Mark J. Villiano Contracting.
