Elmhurst Hospital Virtual
Town Hall Meeting, April 22
Elmhurst Hospital hosts a virtual town hall meeting with a panel of health professionals and community leaders, providing an update on how the hospital is tackling the COVID-19 pandemic. Please follow this link to listen to the meeting and use password: TownHall42220
Elmhurst Firefighters showed their appreciation and gratitude to the other “first responders” the healthcare workers at Elmhurst Hospital. Thank you for all that you are doing for our community.
Elmhurst Hospital is putting daffodils outside of their building in recognition of each inpatient treated for coronavirus who has been discharged to heal at home. The daffodils, traditionally a symbol of rebirth and new beginnings, provide an uplifting representation of those who are winning the fight against this deadly virus.
The City will say farewell to Utilities Capital Projects Administrator, Tony Cuzzone who will be retiring after serving the City of Elmhurst for over 42 years. T hroughout his career, Tony has spearheaded many public works projects and has lead by example with many years of community service and volunteerism with organizations such as the Dan Gibbons Turkey Trot, Annie Ryan Run, York Township and the American Water Works Association.

Congratulations and thank you for your service to the Elmhurst Community, Tony!
Vehicle sticker renewal extension date, June 1st

A reminder to all residents that the vehicle sticker renewal date has been extended to June 1st. Payments can be made online, by phone or drop-off by using the dropbox located in the City Hall parking lot. Please contact the City at 630-530-3000 if you need assistance.
City of Elmhurst Spring Clean Up
The City of Elmhurst would like to remind its residents of the Annual Spring Clean-Up. Yard waste is not included in the Spring Clean-Up, but will be collected if properly prepared, stickered, and set out on your regular collection day. Please do not put material at the curb for Spring Clean-Up until the day prior to the event. Reminder: It is illegal to put electronics at the curb for pick-up at any time, including Spring Clean-Up. For additional information please call the Public Works Department at (630) 530-3020 or Republic Services at (708) 345-7050.

  • If your normal collection date is Friday, your Spring Clean-Up will be on Saturday, April 25th.
  • If your normal collection date is Thursday, your Spring Clean-Up will be on Saturday, May 2nd.
  • If your normal collection date is Wednesday, your Spring Clean-Up will be on Saturday, May 9th.
