City Hall will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. Due to the Monday holiday, the Regular Meeting of the Elmhurst City Council will be held on Tuesday, September 8th at 7:30pm.
Last week, the contractor began the installation of the underground Storm Trap system located on the 4 lots the City purchased along Swain Avenue. Storm Trap material was delivered throughout the week and the contractor installed a few of the rows of the system. The project continues with the concrete subcontractor pouring curb, sidewalk, and driveway aprons this week along Saylor, Swain, and Crescent.
