New Applicants
The current window (2021-2) for accepting Marijuana Operation applications will be open from until 11:59 p.m. on March 2. During this application window, the City of Lansing will accept initial applications for the following application types:
Medical & Adult Use Grow at Existing Grow Location
Adult Use Retail at Existing Medical Provisioning Center
Medical & Adult Use Processor
Medical & Adult Use Secure Transport
Medical & Adult Use Safety Compliance
The limit for Grow Locations in the City of Lansing has been reached.
The limit for Retail/Provisioning Centers in the City of Lansing has been reached.
The limit for Consumption Facilities in the City of Lansing has been reached.
There is one Microbusiness License available, for a facility to be located in Ward 4 however, the Clerk’s Office has not currently scheduled an application window for that license. The application window for this license will be announced in a future update.
