Are you always struggling to find photos for your social media and website content? Join us for two afternoons and stock up on your own personal library of images to use for your business.

In the first session you will plan what set-ups and scenes you would like and the following week you will work with other businesses to have them appear in your photos as mock customers or clients.

New Venture Institute & Online
Funding for female founders of startup businesses to scale their startups into domestic and global markets
The Australian Government has announced a total of $52.2 million in grant funding to provide targeted support on a co-contribution basis to female founders of startup businesses to scale into domestic and global markets.

For Round 2, an estimated $11.6 million in grant funding is available. The objectives of the program are to:
  • stimulate private sector investments into innovative startups led by women
  • help women entrepreneurs overcome the disadvantages faced in getting access to finance and support to grow their startups
  • enable female founders to scale-up, expand into domestic and global markets, and become self-sufficient
  • boost the economy through increasing the diversity of startup founders.

Close date 22 April 2021.
Bizweek April 2021
Bizweek commences Tuesday 27 April - Friday 30 April and is a week-long event of curated workshops and seminars. The programs are all designed to build capacity, develop skills and support the day-to-day running of small businesses across the state. 

The focus will be on assisting business to adapt, evolve and grow as we continue the recovery from COVID-19 and importantly, shining a clear light on the various incentives and support programs that are available.
The full agenda will feature seminars and workshops in various areas such as marketing, e-commerce, cyber-security and how to access Government funding.

First Nations Entrepreneur Hub Launching July 2021
The Circle is a First Nations Entrepreneur Hub providing an Aboriginal-specific element to the broader innovation, incubation, start-up and growth hub at Lot Fourteen.

The Circle aims to assist the South Australian Aboriginal Business Sector to support business growth through increased connections, capacity, capability and confidence.The team works with businesses one-on-one, providing tailored business support, solutions and referrals to a range of experts and opportunities. The Circle will officially launch in July 2021.
Community Grants Now Open
The Community Grants Program seeks to assist local not-for-profits to establish and undertake projects or activities that are beneficial for the community. Applications should ensure programs, activities and events are inclusive and accessible for all groups, including people of various genders, ages, sexuality, cultural backgrounds, religious beliefs and those living with a disability.

Multiple grants of up to $5,000 and one per round of up to $10,000 are available with a total pool of $100,000 of funding per financial year.

2021 Community Grants are now open and close on Tuesday 27 April.
