November 2020
We are Open for Business
It’s November 2020 and we are gearing ourselves up for 2021.

The last couple of months we have been focusing on automation and reviewing our customer experiences to ensure that we deliver great programs for 2021.

We have also started shaping our business support programs too. We have a couple of themes in mind – Digital Literacy, Leadership and Networking. We are looking forward to connecting with you under this umbrella.

If you have ideas or want to run a workshop, please get in touch.

Keep safe and well,

Revitalisation of the Edwardstown Precinct
Let the Greening Begin
The City of Marion, supported by the Department for Environment and Water and Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure through the Greener Neighbourhoods Grants program, is changing the appearance of Edwardstown.

The project seeks to cool streets, provide shade, remove harmful air pollution, improve walkability and provide habitat and food supply for local wildlife.

We have installed 75 inlets to feed rainwater to trees and are currently planting more than 175 trees as part of the next stage of works to "green" the suburb.

The final stage will include the installation of information signs to inform the community of the benefits of greening.

We have been successful in obtaining further funding through the Greener Neighbourhoods Grant to plant an additional 150 trees in 2021. Council will fund 50 per cent of the $120,000 project.
Faces of Edwardstown - Ten22
TEN22 is a family owned and operated business that was founded in 2014. Husband and wife duo, Nat and Dave Lands, saw a need in the Adelaide market for an industrial, urban event space that was closely situated to all the best photo spots that Adelaide has to offer

TEN22 Boutique have converted a traditional industrial warehouse into a stylish event space that is perfect for those who want a contemporary alternative to the customary event space. The restored space has retained a link to its past as a wrought iron manufacturing site, with the original front iron gates still very much admired
