As we head into the holiday season and continue to battle the physical impacts of the current pandemic, it is equally important to check not only on our neighbors but check in with ourselves regarding its psychological impacts.

Many of us experience fear, anxiety, loneliness, stress, and grief during this time of the year. Let’s remember to take good care of ourselves, our loved ones, neighbors and friends. Stay connected, support and be kind to one another.
