Good morning!

Many of you have called or emailed regarding the City of Milwaukee Department of Neighborhood Services permitting and inspection functions. As you are likely aware, the City has temporarily suspended operations due to Covid-19. Earlier today in a letter , NAIOP Wisconsin strongly encouraged the Mayor to reopen DNS.

I have been given assurances that Mayor Barrett, DNS, DCD, DPW, the Health Department and others are meeting remotely today to determine the safest potential way to resume operations as soon as possible. We will, of course, keep you posted as developments unfold.

In the interim, we remind our members to work collaboratively and respectfully with DNS and the inspectors to ensure their health and welfare is a top priority. We are all in this together!
I need your help! With elections fast approaching, candidates and campaigns are unable to reach voters directly, so they are relying on costly mailings, telephone services, and television/radio advertising. This has resulted in greater than expected requests of CoRE PAC resources.

We need to raise $1,000 this week to meet our increased commitments. Will you help with a contribution of $100, $50, or even $25?
