We’ve had some spectacular sunsets this season! Cotton candy skies surround ruins of a sardine cannery on historic Cannery Row. Thankfully, rain has returned! Enjoy a mostly rainy weekend.
Monterey County Vaccination Registration - Vaccinate ALL 58
(This is a repeat article, however, we want to make sure people see this information regarding signing up for vaccine notifications.) Monterey County Health Department is currently scheduling COVID-19 appointments for Phase 1A, Tiers 1-3 - Healthcare Workers and law enforcement personnel that frequently respond to medical calls. Proof of sector required at vaccine appointment. Vaccination appointments are for people who live or work in Monterey County and are members of the phase and tier currently being vaccinated.

Measure S Street, Stormdrain, and Sidewalk Work Continues
The Construction News This Week section is now updated at monterey.org/construction. Work continues on several Measure S fronts: Street work on Munras and Ramona avenues; Storm drain improvements on Franklin Street; and curb ramp work in downtown. Schedules for each as well as for other projects are posted.
