Your Morgan Hill Weekly 411
News for the Week of February 8, 2021
Hello Morgan Hill!

We have a beautiful weekend ahead and we encourage you to get outside and enjoy some time in the fresh air and nature. It's why we live in Morgan Hill, right?

As you know, Wednesday, February 3, 2021, Morgan Hill experienced a massive outage that affected internet, cable TV, and phone services in our community. An email update was sent out on Thursday with a recap of what happened, and it also encouraged residents to reach out directly to Spectrum, the CPUC and our state representatives. For those who are interested, we have an updated contact for Spectrum:

We have also created a document called Facts on Broadband in Morgan Hill that provides more detailed information in response to inaccurate comments circulating in the community.

Santa Clara County Vaccine Information

Older adults are more likely to die or become severely ill from COVID-19 than any other group in Santa Clara County. People who are 65 and older are now eligible to get their vaccine.

County officials have also announced that all county residents who are 65 years of age or older are welcome to receive their vaccination through the County Health System, regardless of where they receive their primary care. This means that Kaiser and PAMF patients, as well as any other local resident who is 65 or older, will be able to book an appointment at any of the County’s vaccination sites.
