Join all the ghosts and goblins for a not-so-scary evening of fun and family entertainment at Oakland Park’s annual “
Halloween Bash
” from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

at Jaco Pastorius Park, 4000 N. Dixie Highway.
This free community event is a fun-filled evening for all with a concert by Joel DaSilva, a classic rock & blues band; an interactive children's activity area, kids costume contest, and Oakland Park's famous “Trunk & Treat” with some of the best and spookiest decorated cars and trucks around.
We welcome you to spend your evening with us, have dinner at our food court and drinks at the Big Dog Station bar and settle in for family friendly night of fun and entertainment. Oakland Park restaurants in the food court area are El Guanaco, Lazo Empanadas, Tijuana Flats, New Day Restaurant & Bakery, Leo's Gourmet Frozen Treats, and Oakland Park Little League who will be grilling up hot dogs and burgers.
You can enter your decorated vehicle into the “Trunk & Treat” and have fun handing out candy the cutest kids in town. Prizes will be awarded to the best decorated vehicle. For more information on how to register your vehicle for “Trunk & Treat” email Cristina Curry at
