Due to predicted overnight weather conditions, City of Rosenberg offices will open with a delayed start of 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 26, 2026.
Solid Waste Collection: As of this update, GFL Environmental is operating on its normal trash collection schedule.
For assistance during the closure: If you have a broken pipe and need to have the water turned off at the meter, please call Police Dispatch at 832-595-3700. The City does not turn off water at the meter to prevent frozen pipes. However, you should have a personal cut-off valve on the water line leading from the meter to your home and you can cut the water off by closing the valve. For after-hours non-emergencies, you may leave a voicemail at 832-595-3301 and someone will return your call when the City returns to regular business hours.
