The City of Saco has a tradition that recognizes the oldest living person in our community. Saco citizen, Angeline Beland, was awarded the cane on March 4th by Mayor Michaud, Councilor Precourt, and community volunteer Ernie Merritt who actually creates and donates the canes.  Featured in the Courier on March 16, 2017
