Sandy Springs Seeks Qualified Contractors for Hotel Development at City Springs
The City desires a creative approach to development of a hotel that accommodates the market, enhances activity in City Springs and City Springs District, and improves the ability of the facilities at City Springs to attract more group business and conferences. The City invites interested and qualified developers to submit responses to a Request for Qualifications in furtherance of the development, construction and operation of a hotel or mixed-use development the City Springs District. All questions must be directed to Charise Glass .

There will be a voluntary pre-submittal conference on January 30 th at 11:00 AM at City Hall in the Barfield Conference Room. The deadline for submissions is February 20 th at 2:00 PM. For more information and to access the RFQ, visit the City Procurement page .

The public is invited to attend Public Information Open House meetings to learn more about the I-285 Top End Express Lanes and I-285 Advanced Improvement Projects. All projects are part of the Major Mobility Investment Program (MMIP), which seeks to enhance mobility and safety, fuel economic growth, and improve quality of life.
