New Teen Center Opens TODAY!

Drumroll please: the new Santa Fe Teen Center opens this afternoon!

Bring the whole family to explore the new, state-of-the-art, 17,000 sq. ft. facility (6600 Valentine Way – across from the Southside Santa Fe Library). Festivities kick off at 2:15 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting celebration, followed by music, performances, tours of the center, and more. You can also swing by on Saturday, September 23, from 1 to 5 p.m. for even more fun! More info here.

The first 200 teens today will receive free pizza and a Teen Center blanket, and on Saturday, the first 200 teens will get a free Fusion Tacos plate!

Volunteers Help Toss No Mas

Thank you to everyone who turned out for Keep Santa Fe Beautiful's Toss No Mas fall cleanup last weekend! We picked up litter, made recycled art at the Santa Fe Public Library, and had a blast while making a difference in our community. Kudos to the organizers, and hope to see you all again in the spring for the Great American Cleanup!

Join the City's Audit Committee

Reminder: The Municipal Court Judge is seeking applications for two vacancies on the City of Santa Fe Audit Committee. Click here to learn more about the committee and for instructions on how to apply. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Monday, September 25.

Progress on Ragle Ballfield #2

More progress has been made on the Ragle ballfield project! The Parks Division is working on synthetic resurfacing of field #2, which will help improve playing conditions at the ball field as well as conserve water use.

Mayor Webber Signs Charge@Work Pledge

Mayor Alan Webber has signed the Charge@Work pledge as a commitment to supporting electric vehicle (EV) charging and clean transportation at Santa Fe workplaces!

The Charge@Work initiative, funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, provides a suite of tools, resources, and technical assistance to help workplaces and public officials set up workplace charging programs. The City has already installed 14 electric vehicle charging stations at its facilities for use by its workforce, and funding has been requested from the NM State Legislature for nine more stations. Join Us to Celebrate Historic Train Depot Renovations

Thursday, Sept. 28 | Santa Fe Train Depot

Community members are invited to a ribbon-cutting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28, at the Santa Fe Train Depot in the Railyard to celebrate the newly completed renovations of the facility! Elected officials, city staff, and project stakeholders will be in attendance. The building, built in 1909, has undergone a two-year, $1.6 million renovation project on both the interior and exterior to restore the building. Hope you can join us!
