W. Alameda Culvert Rebuild Completed

W. Alameda Street reopened to through traffic on the afternoon of Thursday, October 5, 2023! Mayor Webber, elected officials, and City staff gathered on Thursday to recognize the efforts of the project team and celebrate the reopening.

Mayor Webber said: "This project was much more than just repaving a road. This was an incredibly complex feat of structural and environmental engineering to rebuild the culvert system and bridge above to the highest safety standards... Thank you to our dedicated and hard-working project team, and to the Santa Fe community for their patience as we completed this project – the right way – to ensure it will last for years to come."
