Work Along Arroyo Mascaras

The Public Works Department is thinning invasive plant species, primarily Trees of Heaven and Siberian elm trees, from the Arroyo Mascaras near Rosario Boulevard. Felling of larger hazard trees and upper terrace work with bucket trucks will take place on February 14 and 15, 2023, and may affect traffic in the area. The City manages vegetation in the arroyos to ensure the space is safe and open for recreation and to protect and improve local ecosystems! Learn more.
