Saving water is always in season, be it spring, summer, fall, or winter! Our Water Conservation Office has the following tip for making the most of the snow over the coming months: as you're clearing your driveway, sidewalk, or other impermeable surfaces, place the removed snow around nearby plants, bushes, and trees! It'll melt and seep into the ground to provide them much-needed winter moisture. |
