Highlights from the Week of April 12, 2021
There's a lot going on in the City Different!
Small Business & Start-up Savvy
For local small businesses and start-ups, there are lots of organizations that offer different kinds of support: mentorship, accelerators, training, incubators, technical expertise, and funding. The City and County economic development departments have stood up a website called the Santa Fe Entrepreneurial Ecosystem as a one-stop-shop for this support, most of which is free.

Affordable Housing Survey
Members of the public are invited to fill out a brief survey to comment on the proposed use of federal funds for providing affordable rental units, direct subsidy for homebuyers and homeowners, public facility improvements, and public services.
City Switching To EVs
The City is getting a grant from the State to transition 23 vehicles in the fleet to 100% electric power. No emissions come from the tailpipes, resulting in cleaner air in Santa Fe. Charging stations will be installed in locations such as the GCCC and the public parking garages, where they may be also be used by the public.
