City of Santa Fe

Weekly Wrap

Highlights from the Week of November 14, 2022

Land Development Code Updates

The Planning and Land Use Department has selected a national land-use consulting firm, Clarion Associates, to lead a multi-phase update to the Land Development Code. The code governs all aspects of the City’s built environment, including development review and approval processes, zoning districts, building development standards, and urban design.

The code update will go through multiple phases over several years. A public engagement schedule will be released in spring 2023. Learn more about the project and why it matters here.
