The City of Seaside has remaining funds available to help the appearance of your business storefront. You can qualify for up to $7,500 in improvements.
The grant is available to: commercial property owners, small businesses defined by the Small Business Administration and lessees (with written approval of the property owner).
Some eligible activities include: signage, awnings, exterior paint, murals, windows, front entrance doors, exterior lighting, and anti-graffiti film coat on windows.
Application deadline is December 31, 2023

The 3rd Annual Oaxaca by the Sea event will take place on Saturday, September 23rd from 12 - 5 PM at 440 Harcourt Ave. Seaside, CA 93955. This is a FREE family friendly event that celebrates our sister City: Oaxaca de Juarez. The event will feature local vendors, great food, games and more!

La Ciudad de Seaside todavía tiene fondos disponibles para ayudar a la apariencia de su negocio. Puede calificar para hasta $7,500 en mejoras.
La subvención está disponible para: dueños de propiedades comerciales, pequeñas empresas definidas por la Administración de Pequeñas Empresas y arrendatarios (con la aprobación por escrito del dueño de la propiedad).
Algunas actividades elegibles incluyen: señalización, toldos, pintura exterior, murales, ventanas, puertas de entrada, iluminación exterior y revestimiento de película anti-graffiti en las ventanas.
