Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge Recruiting Volunteers

 The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (Service) is recruiting resident (workcamper) volunteers to fill a Visitor Services Assistant position. In exchange for providing a RV pad and utilities, volunteers are expected to work 20-24 hours per person, per week assisting with duties including educational visitor contacts, roving trails, light maintenance and custodial duties, and other projects as assigned. There are two openings available: May – July 2023, and Aug. – Oct. 2023. Full details, including how to apply, can be found on Volunteer.gov

Winter Wonders:

Starting this Friday, Feb. 3 the Looff Carrousel and Numerica SkyRide will return to daily operating hours. We thank you for your patience this past month as we completed our scheduled annual maintenance on these attractions! For more info visit our website.
