Disposal Passes Offered to City Residents

City of Spokane residents can now submit a request for a disposal pass! The Disposal Pass program is designed to help residents in the City of Spokane remove extra waste by distributing vouchers at the Waste to Energy Facility. Disposal passes are available until program funding is expended. Click here to request a pass.
