Message from Mayor Pribonic

Dear Community,

If you know, you know! Drive by Stow City Center Complex, and you simply CANNOT miss it! Skip Playground is well underway! I could not be more excited to see all of our planning, fundraising, and determination come to fruition! Thank you to our sponsors, and thank you to all who have offered support and encouragement to get this project done.

I want to extend my best wishes to you and your families for the summer season ahead! We all work very hard, so let’s have some fun and enjoyment in our leisure time. Our celebrations are well into the planning stages, and we are all looking forward to spending time with friends, carrying on traditions, showing kindness, and visiting family.

As Mayor of Stow, my goals for the season ahead include focusing on the needs of our residents, keeping our city at the forefront of economic and business development, building strong partnerships with our local businesses, and supporting departments that keep our neighborhoods safe, while enhancing our quality of life.

Our city is built upon the relationships we build with each other, our community, our organizations, and our businesses. We have the capability to continue doing great things! By working together, we can continue to make Stow a great place to raise families, go to work, and enjoy life in Northeast Ohio!

I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming Spring/Summer events! Join us for the Concerts on the Green on the Stow City Center Campus, the Memorial Day Ceremony, the Connect with Nature events in collaboration with the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library, and of course our #CelebrateStow week-long celebration including the Fourth of July Parade, and the Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Skip Playground! Stay tuned for all the details!

Let’s all strive to be our best and I hope to see you soon!

Sincerely,

John Pribonic
