Do you have any unused or unwanted prescription drugs? Dispose of them safely at our Drug Take-Back Day on April 28 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the San Gabriel Police Department located at 625 South Del Mar Avenue. The service is free and anonymous - no questions asked.

City Council pledges support for Proposition 68, 69
A wrap-up of the April 17 City Council meeting is now online
Last night, the City Council pledged its support for Proposition 68 and 69. The passage of Proposition 68 would allow the state to sell a $4.1 billion dollar bond to protect the environment and to offer recreation activities to the public, while the passage of Proposition 69 would ensure that SB 1 funds are spent on transportation projects.

San Gabriel fire to hold Fire Service Day on May 12

Playhouse to offer Los Angeles County Arts internships

The Mission Playhouse is thrilled to announce that it is participating in the Los Angeles County Arts Commission (LACAC) Internship Program for the third year in a row! LACAC is providing funding for two full-time paid summer interns at the playhouse: a Historical Costume Intern and a Programming/Marketing Intern.

Community Services Commission honors contributions

The Community Services Commission is proud to honor the community for its outstanding contributions to San Gabriel's youth and adult programs with two awards: the "Character Counts Sportsmanship Award" and the "Selfless Volunteer Award."
