This free event will feature a variety of fun spring-time activities, including a pancake breakfast, face painting, pancake races and a visit from the Easter Bunny!

City Council to hear diversity and inclusion resolution

In response to the February 6 City Council meeting, the City Council will be reviewing a resolution that welcomes both native born and immigrants to the City of San Gabriel.
The resolution is intended to help aid local law enforcement by encouraging undocumented immigrants to come forward with information about crime without the fear of deportation.

Over the last several months, the City's Community Services department, along with GreenPlay, LLC, have been developing a master plan to provide a citywide vision for parks, open space and facilities based off community feedback. While not legislatively binding, this master plan is merely a planning document that can serve as a source of discussion for the entire community.

With the San Gabriel Police Department's recent promotions, the District Lieutenants program will be receiving two new appointments. Lieutenant Rene Hernandez and Lieutenant Brian Kott will be joining the program, with Sergeant Cruz Hernandez taking over traffic and parking related issues.
If you have a non-emergency issue, neighborhood concern or general public safety issue, contacting your District Lieutenant is an effective way of getting your issue resolved. |

Now in its third year, the multi-cultural dance show exclusive to the Playhouse continues its unstoppable journey in a riot of color and positive energy as the show traces the roots, growth and influence of Flamenco in the global culture of dance on April 29 at 7:30 p.m.
Jornada brings together dancers, choreographers and live musicians as they draw on lively Indian, Persian, Mongolian and Spanish traditions to create this unique celebration of life.
