Good evening,
Earlier this week, the City of San Gabriel, with the help of the County of Los Angeles, broke ground on the Del Mar Avenue/Alhambra Wash Bridge Replacement Project. This $8.9 million bridge will feature new architectural treatments, widened travel lanes and safety enhancements for motorists, pedestrians and cyclists.

During construction, one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction at all times. In addition, a temporary detour ramp and traffic signal will be installed to mitigate traffic. We'll be sure to keep you posted about any traffic alerts as the project develops.

Now, here's what's making news for the week of March 14, 2018.
