"I have received really great service from everyone at the City of Concord. I am moving from Myrtle Beach to Concord, so I have been working on getting my utilities set up. I just talked to Kaitlin and she helped me through the whole process of the online application on the computer. I wanted to let someone that she was professional and very helpful. You can tell she was trained well!"
