Spruce Grove’s on-demand local transit service has expanded and is now offering Saturday service within city limits from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. This service enhancement was approved as part of the City of Spruce Grove’s 2024-2026 Corporate Plan to support the growing demand for transit in Spruce Grove and make public transportation more accessible and convenient for residents.

The City invites proposals from Indigenous artists or Indigenous-led artist teams for the creation of a new piece of public art to be installed at Jubilee Park in Spruce Grove. This three-dimensional piece can be created in any scale, scope or medium, and should celebrate and recognize Indigenous culture, heritage, traditions, and ways of being. Proposals are accepted until Friday, February 16, 2024.
