BOULDER CLOSURES
SOUTH END
The South end of the bouldering area next to the staircase will be intermittently closed for construction. The area will re-open to the public on Sunday, 10/20 at 12 PM.

BOULDERING FLOOR
In preparation for USAC Bouldering Local, the whole bouldering floor will be closed Monday, 10/14 through Saturday 10/19. The area will re-open to the public on Sunday, 10/20 at 12 PM.

MUSIC TO DINE TO

Roma Ransom will be playing Live in our dining room. R oma Ransom's music is unconventional but it is new, invigorating and expressive.

Music is free and well accompanied by beer specials from 4 Noses.
SHOULDER MOBILITY CLINIC
Friday, 10/11 - 7 to 8 PM
Taught by Matthew Wilson, LMT, RES-CPT, this clinic will cover how to identify and unwind common shoulder restrictions and compensation patterns to improve your performance and prevent injury.

Cost: Free with gym entry

$10 drop-in (for the clinic only)

Must be registered with ASCL

Competition open to students competing with their high school teams.
DOWNTOWN LOCAL
NIGHT OF THE LIVING REDPOINT
Friday, 10/25 - 6 to 9 PM
Get in that Halloween costume and see how many routes/problems you can redpoint in 3 hours.

We'll have a black light climbing area, laser corridor, hulk hands, prizes (who wants to win a rope?), free massage, and more!

ANNUAL ICE FEST

We are only 7 weeks away from our Annual Ice Fest 3-day event! Dry tooling routes are up for whoever would like to start training for the upcoming Winter season.
