Pronoun Preference
As part of our ongoing commitment to equity and creating an inclusive environment for everyone, all students are able to self-select gender pronouns in eServices. You may select from these choices: he/him/his, she/her/hers, they/them/theirs, name only, or none selected (“none selected” is the default setting for all current and new students). If you change your pronoun, the change will be reflected in Canvas as well as on instructor rosters.

Step-by-step directions to select your preferred pronouns:
  1. Log into eServices
  2. Click on the Profile tile
  3. Select the Personal Details tab
  4. Select the Biographic tab and then choose your preferred pronouns

NOTE: The first time you select or change your pronouns in eServices, those changes will be captured in Canvas (unless the change was made in Canvas first). Subsequent changes will need to be made in both eServices and Canvas.
