Wellness Writing for Stress Relief
Join us for a "Write Your Way to Wellness" workshop on Tuesday, April 5 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm via Zoom. Creative writing can be a powerful and effective tool for stress release. It's a way to access your inner voice and respond to the messages you hear coming from your heart and onto the page. Don't worry about feeling like you "can't write"—in this workshop there is no need for proper grammar or technique and no one is judging or grading you. It's just self-discovery—a fascinating journey into the deep recesses of your mind and heart. Hosted by FLC’s Tom Goff with the Reading & Writing Center and Mary Hansen with Health & Wellness Services.
