Fall Enrollment Begins Next Week

Make sure you are ready to enroll in your fall classes! Fall enrollment begins April 19, make sure you are ready to enroll:

  • Check your eServices account for your enrollment appointment - this date and time will be when you can enroll in your classes.
  • Complete your Supplemental Enrollment Form in eServices under Tasks. A hold will be placed on your account and you will not be able to enroll until the form is submitted. If you have already submitted a Supplemental Enrollment form for summer you do not submit one for fall.
  • Put your classes in your cart. Shop now for the classes you want to enroll in and add them to your cart for easy check out on or after your enrollment date. Make sure all the classes are still open before checking out!
Online Catalog Now Available
 
We are happy to share that the Sacramento City College 2021-2022 Catalog is now live (you’ll note the title “Unofficial Catalog Preview,” which will be in place until the “Official Catalog” is live on June 1). Bookmark this valuable resource for the latest degree and certificate program requirements, a complete listing of all courses offered, graduation and transfer requirements, and other helpful information for all current and prospective students.
API Scholars Rising

The 3rd Annual Los Rios Asian Pacific Islander Scholars Rising Ceremony on Tuesday, May 11 at 6 PM honors graduates of Asian and Pacific Islander descent. Graduates that want to participate in the Zoom celebration of their success must RSVP.
Native Graduation and Honoring Ceremony

The annual Native Recognition Ceremony, to be held Thursday, April 29, at 6:30 pm, celebrates the accomplishments of Los Rios Native American students who have earned a degree in the current academic year or are transferring to a four-year university.
Los Rios 2021 Transfer Celebration

All transfer students are invited to the Los Rios 2021 Transfer Celebration on Wednesday, May 12, 4 PM to 6 PM. This event honors all Los Rios students transferring by Fall 2021 and will feature a special keynote speaker and opportunities for attendees to network with other transfer students going to your interested 4-year university.

Register by April 27.

IRS Scam Alert

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) posted a warning of an ongoing IRS impersonation scam that appears to primarily target students and staff that have ".edu" emails. The suspicious emails display the IRS logo and use various subject lines, such as "Tax Refund Payment" or "Recalculation of your tax refund payment." The emails ask you to click a link and submit a form with personal information to claim their refunds. More information about this scam and how to report a suspicious email can be found on the IRS website.
