Dear Dealers, Event Promoters, Shop Owners, Publishers, and Collectors:
We are beginning to take advertising reservations for the 2024 Civil War Dealers and Collectors Directory, which will be printed and ready for distribution beginning in January at the Low Country Civil War Show in Mt. Pleasant, S.C. If you wish to have your ad published in the 2024 edition, please get in touch with me as soon as possible, but no later than November 15th, as the printing deadline is becoming very tight. Advertising payment is due by Nov. 30.
The 2024 printing of 10,000 color copies will be distributed beginning at the Charleston Civil War Show and the Las Vegas Antique Arms Show in January, followed by Mike Kent’s Dalton Civil War Show in February, the Baltimore Antique Arms Show in March, Mid-South Military History & Civil War Show and the Corinth Militaria Show in March, Zurko’s Wheaton National Civil War Show in April and September, the Mansfield Ohio Civil War Show in May, GBPA Gettysburg Civil War Show and the Brandon Civil War Relic Show in June, the August Southeastern Civil War and Antique Firearms Show in Marietta, Ga., the November Central Virginia Military Antique Show, and MK Shows Middle Tennessee (Franklin) Civil War Show. These are just some shows that the Directory will be available for free to the public.
In addition to the printed copy, a digital copy is available for free online at CivilWarDealers.com and HistoricalPublicationsLLC.com to download, print, or browse. Online customers can click on your hyperlink, which will take them directly to your website or email. This digital copy will be shared on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
We have, once again, partnered with Mike Kent of MKShows.com, who will have a link to the directory for viewing on his website.
You can always use a previous ad that you have run; however, if you would like a new ad, you may contact Squeegie Jenkins at info@squeegie.net.
Ad sizes are:
- Directory Listing: $125
- Quarter Page Ad: 4.25" high x 5" wide (No bleeds): $125
- Half page: (4.25" high x 5" wide): $235
- Full page: (8.5" high x 5" wide): $425
For bleeds, add .125” on all margins of your ad.
Deadlines: Ad reservation deadline: November 15, 2023
Ad submission deadline: November 30, 2023
Don’t miss out on this once-a-year opportunity! Payment is due with your reservation, and the ad copy must be received by November 30th. All credit card payments will have a 3.5% convenience fee added. Or you can complete the reservation sheet below and return it via USPS along with your check made payable to Historical Publications LLC for the published price by November 15th.
