ARIZONA

Greetings! Summer is in full swing and Civiltec is blessed to be working hard on a variety of projects. Our company is stronger than ever, and we are blessed with a steady flow of engagements reflecting the continued demand for engineering, surveying and construction administration services.  Several new project engagements are underway in our Arizona offices. The Town of Dewey-Humboldt has selected Civiltec to perform design services for a street improvement project that will increase safety for Humboldt Elementary students who walk in the area. Our team is also working on the construction phase of a floodplain/stormwater management project in the community of Mountain Dell in Flagstaff, Arizona . We are currently providing construction administration services and working with FEMA on a Letter of Map Revision to remove approximately 25 structures from the floodplain. We are also finalizing the design and permitting for a booster pump station and water storage tank for a client in the Phoenix area. The Civiltec team continues to thrive and grow. We recently welcomed Tim Kwan to our team as a Staff Engineer in the Monrovia office, and celebrated the respective five and ten year anniversaries of longstanding teammates Atenas Reynaga in Monrovia and Mark Myers in Prescott. We have hired two summer interns, one in Monrovia and one in Prescott, whose work will be highlighted on our website and social media in the coming weeks.  On March 25, our ownership expanded with the naming of Octavio Solorza as Civiltec’s newest partner . Octavio has been with the firm since 1988 and will continue to serve as a Senior Project Manager in our Monrovia office. Civiltec Moves to Construction Phase of Mountain Dell Project Civiltec Engineering has completed the design phases of a water engineering project with the community of Mountain Dell in Flagstaff, Arizona. The project will now move to construction phase with a variety of improvements to their water channel, Sinclair Wash, which has continuously impacted Mountain Dell. READ MORE

Town of Dewey-Humboldt Engages Civiltec for Street Improvements Civiltec Engineering has been selected by the  Town of Dewey-Humboldt  to perform professional design services for street improvements around Hill Street. The project is funded by the  Community Development Block Grant  (CDBG) program through the Arizona Department of Housing and places priority on improvements on Humboldt Street to complete a safe connection between Hill Street and Humboldt Elementary School.
