In the spirit of celebrating a new year and the new projects that have come our way, we have welcomed some new talent into our Monrovia office. Caitlyn Padilla is fulfilling a crucial Marketing/Project Coordinator role for Civiltec. And, as part of our Leadership and Ownership Transition (LT/OT) Plan update, Bed Dawadi and Greg Ripperger are embracing their new roles as Associates.
I am very proud to say that, after 32 years of being in business, Civiltec's future continues to look bright year after year. I hope you will help us celebrate this 32-year milestone at our upcoming annual "Day at the Races" event on Saturday, April 14 at Santa Anita Park. Civiltec staff, clients, and their families are all welcome.
Check out this Winter 2017/18 Quarterly Newsletter for a brief glance at the latest Civiltec projects in California and the people who make this work happen. If you know others who would appreciate this Quarterly Newsletter,

"
I really enjoy assembling my Star Wars LEGOs, Gears of War, and Halo figurines. Aside from that, I was a softball player for 25 years, served in the U.S. Army as a Parachute Ranger from 1969 to 1972, and traveled around the country extensively as a youth."
|
"My past experience involved inspections and repairs to flood channels after natural disasters, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, I do not think I have enough experience yet in a wide variety of projects to really say that I have a favorite type. I am still figuring that out!"

"I
've danced competitively and semi-professionally for about 26 years. I started when I was three-years-old, with ballet, tap, and jazz. Later, I branched out into other genres like contemporary and hip hop, which are now my favorite forms of dance."
