We are so excited to be working with a new software system for camp registration this year! This system should be easier for both parents and our staff to use. 2026 Updates

Beginning this year, we are launching a day-camp option for Special Challenge Campers! To best welcome you or your special challenge camper, please consult this checklist to see which of our options best meets your needs.

New in 2026, we are launching a new camp session: Wildcard Week! We are so excited about this additional opportunity for campers who have finished grades 3-8. Watch a short video from your Camp Director to learn more!

Due to increased and continued interest, we are excited to share that the age range for Adventure Camp is expanding! Campers who have finished grades 4-10 are now eligible for Adventure Camp.

As a reminder, Adventure Camp tent-camps every night (barring extreme weather), and enjoys more simple meals around the campfire. Additionally, the skill of riding a bike without training wheels is mandatory for Adventure Campers. Please ensure the young person you are signing up for Adventure Camp knows these things and is excited for a rugged week!

Formerly known as "Family Camp," Generations Gathered is your family's (or chosen family's) opportunity for a long weekend together at Claggett for Camp! Families of any shape and size and combination are welcome here!

Due to the complexity of registration for Generations Gathered and getting that set up in our new system, registration for that program is not yet open. We will send out an additional email when that is open. In the meantime, save the dates August 8-11, 2026 on your calendar!

Due to unprecedented requests of our scholarship fund in 2025, we are having to adjust our practices for this summer.

In 2026, all families will need to contribute at minimum, the amount of the non-refundable deposit. If paying that amount is truly out of your family's annual budget, please email Programs Director, Rev. Sara Yoe. It remains true that our hope is for no camper to be turned away due to financial need.

A message from Sara:

Our camp community is most whole when campers from families of all backgrounds are here, and more than a third of our campers benefited from some amount of scholarship support in 2025. Thus, if your family is in a position to give to the scholarship fund, I ask that you prayerfully consider joining me in doing so. We have so much fun in store for this summer, and it is my sincere hope that we are able to welcome every child/teen that wants to be here at camp. We're counting down the weeks until we will have fields full of laughter, chapel times full of song, and campfires crowded with love. Thank you for your consideration.
