Clairemont Community Plan Update



The BIA provided feedback and general support for the Clairemont Community Plan Update that will be before Planning Commission on October 16th. Our specific requests identified the need for an increased height limit, and a realignment of density along the major transportation corridors. The plan will be voted on by Council by the end of the year, and we will work with the Planning Department to realize the highest opportunity for housing production in this area.
