POPpy ART
California Poppy Week
May 13-18

California Botanic Garden in Claremont currently has wonderful wildflowers in bloom throughout its 86 acres -- and the California Poppies (as well as the Matijila Poppies) are beautiful!

I absolutely love taking photos of them. It's such fun.

I don't know of any events focusing on our state flower during May 13-18 at the garden, but, I thought you might like to know about the flower's special week ahead.

BTW... I took this photo at CA Botanic Garden recently.

Happy California Poppy Week!
