Presented by the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, the Chicago Air and Water Show returns to North Avenue Beach and along the lakefront on Saturday, August 19 and Sunday, August 20 (10:30am to 3:00pm).
The Chicago Air and Water show is the largest FREE show of its kind in the United States. The show can be viewed along the lakefront from Fullerton Avenue to Oak Street, with North Avenue Beach as the focal point.
Please Note: On Friday, August 19, the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will conduct practice flights in preparation of the show. Residents will be able to hear the drills they perform.
