The Clark County Building Department (CCBD) held a Live Online Workshop on June 18th on Residential Standard Plans with Fire Sprinklers.

This is a new process where CCBD merged Fire Prevention Fire Sprinklers Permits with Building Department Tract Home Permits.

The Workshop covered the following topics-

• Zoning Plans Examination
• Engineering
• Plan Coordination, Fee Work Up & Permit Issuance
• Inspections
