A Visit by Joan Jonas + Judith Barry

Legendary artists Joan Jonas and Judith Barry visited our January residency, which included a workshop led by Joan, Judith and Joan receiving distinguished artist awards, and Joan giving a talk on her storied art career with an introduction by Judith.

Highlights from Our January Residency

Our January 2026 residency had the thematic “Translations”, and featured two visiting faculty,

Sarah Workneh and Lauren Luloff.

Thesis Exhibition

Our 2026 thesis show, "Porous Worlds", at the B6 event space was curated by Christina Yang, executive director of the Association of Art Museum Curators. Yang has held positions at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, the Williams College Museum of Art, and the Berkeley Art Museum.
